Q: Can I rent a property for less than a week?
A: It’s possible to book a home for less than a week, but during our summer peak season, please call our office no sooner than 14 days prior to arrival to arrange reservations. In the off-season, you may book a home for less than a week but a 2-night minimum is required (3-nights during holidays).
Q: Can I get into my rental property before check-in time?
A: Because our cleaning crews are tasked with cleaning up to 150 properties in a matter of hours, we do not know our cleaning schedule from week to week. Once a property is cleaned, however, we will be happy to give you the key. Please be patient, especially during peak season.
Q: When I check out, do I need to come back to the rental office?
A: Yes, you will need to drop your keys by our rental office on your way home. If you depart before the office is open, please leave your keys in our key drop box located to the right of our entrance.
Q: When will my security deposit be returned to me?
A: Security deposits are generally returned between 30 and 45 days of departure.
Q: What cleaning do I need to do prior to check out?
A: Please wash all dishes, take out the trash, and be sure the refrigerator is cleaned out prior to departure.
Q: What do I do if I am arriving after hours?
A: As long as you are paid in full, we will automatically put your check-in packet outside the rental office in our Late Key Box, conveniently located to the right of our front entrance. Each check-in packet will include keys, a map of the area, and parking/recreation center passes (if applicable).
