Q: Can I rent a property for less than a week?
A: In the off-season, yes. During the summer months, typically no. United Beach Vacations has a limited number of homes that rent partial weeks even in the summer. Please call for details. It’s possible to book other homes for less than a week, but during our summer peak season, please call our office no sooner than 10 days prior to arrival to arrange reservations. In the off-season, you may book a home for less than a week but a 2-night minimum is required (3-nights during holidays).

Q: Can I get into my rental property before check-in time?
A: Because our cleaning crews are tasked with cleaning up to 150 properties in a matter of hours, we do not know our cleaning schedule from week to week. Once a property is cleaned, however, we will be happy to give you the key. Please be patient, especially during peak season.

Q: When I check out, do I need to come back to the rental office?
A: Yes, you will need to drop your keys by our rental office on your way home. If you depart before the office is open, please leave your keys in our key drop box located to the right of our office entrance.

Q: When will my security deposit be returned to me?
A: Security deposits go through one billing period and are generally returned between 30 and 45 days of departure.

Q: What cleaning do I need to do prior to check out?
A: Please wash all dishes, take out the trash, and be sure the refrigerator is cleaned out prior to departure. Our housekeeping department will handle the rest.
